The Telmi Company owns all data collected through the Service, including all transcriptions, feedback, and analysis generated through campaigns. Campaign creators do not own the data collected through campaigns they create.
4.2 Data Retention
We retain all data collected through the Service indefinitely. This allows us to provide historical snapshots and trend analysis over time. If you wish to request deletion of specific data, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 10.
5. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers, consultants, and other third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf
